Attorney, Author, Processor Derek Davis in Texas received a conviction for theft. This triggered a disciplinary action related to his law license. He claims this is a 20+ year long saga that stems from his representation of a client in Africa who stole his identity years ago. Yet, the conviction stands and his license is on the line.
