3 Weeks Out From Boise 70.3… Here’s Where I’m At
A raw and real summer training day as I get ready for Boise 70.3. I take you up Mt. Lemmon for a big bike session: 5 x 20 minutes, filmed with a mix of iPhone footage and my Oakley AI glasses, which make it super easy to capture the ride exactly how it feels. No perfect production, just the real day, real effort, and where I’m at three weeks out from racing. After the ride, I head to the pool for some swimming and end up seeing Lionel, because of course that’s how Tucson training goes. Raw day. Mt. Lemmon. Swim. Food. A little niggle. And the build continues. Yo Yo Yo.
