Pizza review: Modern Apizza (New Haven, CT)
In this video I visit one of New Haven’s top pizzerias ,Modern aPizza! I found a Modern Apizza to be very different than the classic NewHaven Pizzas out there and it was actually closer to a New York style than the classic New Haven style dictated by Sally’s and Pepe’s, which are heavily sauced and not as heavy on cheese content and spices like the Modern pie is.
