The DP-5000 Tie Stacker will stack ties in what's known as the German Stack method. This unique stacking method allows for air drying of crossties in the mill yard. And, these bundles can be stacked on top of each other up to 6 bundles tall. Our unique stacking system will stack up to 5000 crossties per 8-hour shift... all with only one operator.
