All recipes on the Panna Lesia Telegram channel https://t.me/pannalesiaa Turn on subtitles in your language ❤️ German Soup, Recipe 1: For a 3-liter saucepan: Flour - 180 g Water for the dough - 100 g + a pinch of salt Dill - ½ bunch Minced meat - 300 g Carrots - 1 pc Onions - 1 pc Potatoes - 3 pcs Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp + 10 g butter Bay leaf - 1 pc Salt and ground black pepper to taste Finely chop the dill, add flour, a little salt, and water, and knead into a stiff dough. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Grate half a carrot, chop the onion, and sauté in vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan. Roll out the dough thinly and spread the minced meat in an even layer. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper beforehand. Cut the dough in half and roll into two sausages. Then cut these sausage rolls into small pieces (shtruli). Dice the remaining carrot half and potatoes. Boil for 5 minutes. Then add salt and a bay leaf. Add the shtruli and sautéed mixture. Cook for 7 minutes. Before turning off the heat, add herbs (parsley or dill) if desired. Enjoy! 🥰 Bulgarian Soup, Recipe 2: Chicken - 1/2 kg Potatoes - 2 Allspice - 2 Onion - 1 Carrot - 1 Bell pepper - 1 Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. Pasta (vermicelli) - 50 g Garlic - 2 cloves Salt and ground black pepper to taste Dressing: Eggs - 1 Yogurt (or sour cream, or kefir) - 100 ml Flour - 1 tbsp Natural apple cider vinegar (lemon juice) - 1 tsp Parsley or dill Pour water over the chicken and cook until tender. Then remove it from the pan. Add the diced potatoes to the broth. In a frying pan, sauté the finely chopped onion, bell pepper, and grated carrot. Add ground black pepper, stir, and pour the mixture into the soup. Add the allspice. Remove the boiled chicken from the bones and add it to the soup. Crack the raw egg into a bowl. Add the sour cream. Stir. Then add natural apple cider vinegar or apple juice. Stir again. Add pasta, crushed garlic, and chopped parsley to the soup. Pour a ladle of soup broth into the egg-sour cream mixture and stir quickly. Repeat this step several times. This is to prevent the sour cream from curdling. Then pour this dressing into the soup. Bring to a boil and the soup is ready! 😋 Enjoy!🥰 Velvet Soup with Croutons: Recipe 3: Pumpkin - 400 g Onion - 1 pc Carrot - 1 pc Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp Parsley root (or celery) - 1 pc Potato - 1 pc Cream - 200 ml Salt and ground black pepper to taste Parsley Butter - 5 g Croutons: Bread - 5 slices (200 g) Dried ground garlic - 2 tsp Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp Herbes de Provence - 1 tsp Peel and dice the pumpkin, coarsely grate the carrots, and dice the onion. Place the vegetables in a preheated heavy-bottomed saucepan. Sauté the vegetables until soft, adding vegetable oil. Add the pumpkin and coarsely grated parsley root. Pour hot water over the vegetables and simmer over low heat after boiling. Add enough water to completely cover the vegetables. Cook until all the vegetables are tender. Meanwhile, cut the bread into cubes and place them in a bag. Season with a little salt, add the spices, and vegetable oil. Seal the bag and shake well to distribute the ingredients evenly. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake at 190°C (350°F) until golden brown. When all the vegetables in the soup are soft, pour in the cream, add the butter, season with salt and pepper to taste, and puree the soup in a blender until smooth.
