28-Day Challenge! I'm offering you a toned and slimmer workout before summer!!! 1 video per week to practice over 6 days to progress, while maintaining 1 day of rest or stretching. 4 sessions offered over 28 days, including 3 yoga/pilates sessions and 1 joint mobilization session. Unlimited and free access, so take advantage of it and repeat it whenever you need to get back in shape, such as after vacation or the holidays. I offer options, so don't hesitate to start with the easiest or reduce the number of repetitions with more rest. Above all, listen to your body and don't force it. If you feel tension or pain, adapt the movement or rest until the next exercise. To adapt, you can place your knees on the floor when you're in a plank, for example, or even use your forearms instead of your hands. 7-DAY YOGA/PILATES PROGRAM: https://marinasanas.podia.com/ A daily 30- to 40-minute practice to regain strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll practice yoga, Pilates, and sometimes both with me every day to help you sculpt and tone your body over 7 days. This program is accessible to everyone, regardless of your level or age. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, each session offers opportunities for additional breaks and adjustments to the proposed postures. As a bonus, I offer a review of the basics of sun salutations, postures, core, and breathing, as well as the fundamentals of Pilates, with 4 progressive sessions from beginner to advanced.
