Our meal plan is: Wednesday: Pesto with Pasta, Dinner: Split Pea Soup with Pancetta & Croutons Thursday: Charcuterie Board, Dinner: Hamburgers & Fries Friday: Pepperoni Pizza Bread, Dinner: Lemon Rosemary Garlic Chicken w/ Garlic Mashed Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts Saturday: Sandwiches, Juice, Grapes & Chips, Dinner: Burritos & Quesadillas Sunday: Chicken Shish Kebabs over Rice, Dinner: Nachos w/ Beef Monday: Tuna Sandwiches, Dinner: Chile Relleno Casserole & Salad Tuesday: Burritos & Quesadillas, Dinner: Costco Food (Chicken, Pizza, & Salad) We shop on Tuesday Evening at the Costco in Harlem which is in the Northern East Side of the Island of Manhattan and at the Trader Joe's located on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. We take Anna (11), Chloe (9), Enoch (7), Melody (5), Moses (2), and Neta (2 months).
