WEEK 5 on Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) is here, and this week feels different. I’ve noticed a major shift in my relationship with food — I’m not obsessing over meals the way I used to, and it feels like I’m finally finding balance. It’s also my first time taking the 5th dose, and with Lilly announcing they’re removing the 5th dose from the KwikPen, I’m sharing my thoughts on what that means for those of us on the journey — and how I’m feeling at this stage of my GLP-1 weight loss journey.
