Planning a trip to Anthony Chabot Regional Park in the East Bay? In this video, we take a detailed look at Sites 1 through 12 to help you pick the perfect spot for your next camping adventure. Anthony Chabot is a hidden gem in the East Bay, offering miles of hiking trails, beautiful views of Lake Chabot, and a quick escape from the city. Whether you're bringing an RV or pitching a tent, these first 12 sites offer a mix of shade, sun, and accessibility. These are the only Full Hookup (FHU) sites in the entire park, offering water, sewer, and 30-amp electrical connections. Because these sites are so highly coveted, we’ve filmed each one to show you exactly what to expect before you book. 📍 Highlights of Sites 1–12: Full Hookups: Each of these 12 sites includes sewer, water, and 30-amp electric service. Size Constraints: Most of these sites accommodate rigs up to 35 feet. We show the driveway depth for each so you can see if your trailer or motorhome will fit comfortably. Layout: See which sites are back-in vs. pull-through (where applicable) and how much "living space" you get next to your rig. The View: Located in a beautiful eucalyptus grove, these sites offer a mix of sun and shade with easy access to the East Bay’s best hiking trails.
