If you have never had Thailand's GREATEST sausage then please allow me to introduce you today to "Sai Oua" - Northern Thai Spiced Sausage. The 'Sai Oua' sausage at 'Ba Khaam's' market stand uses an amazing recipe - in my opinion, THIS one is unbeatable. Focusing on roughly chopped lemongrass, galangal, chilies, and pork fat, the flavor combo is insane. JUST as magical is the way its formed, the magical golden spirals of smoking meat draw any and every eater in like a tractor beam!
