Being a CIRCUIT WORKOUT, each round will feature 4 exercises that will be repeated 2 times (a total of exercises per round). We switch exercises with each round, so as to get a complete full body workout! I'm using a 6 kg kettlebell in this workout. Make sure you adjust your weights and pace to suit your fitness and energy level.
