TP Paléontologie L2 - Les Bivalves (par Mme Ruault-Djerrab)

This video is intended for students in the common core of Geology, or any other interested public (high school students for example). It explains in a very simple way how to identify the fossils belonging to the Bivalves, also called Lamellibranchs or Pelecypods (animals of the Invertebrate type, from the branch of the Molluscs). Labeled diagrams are provided, as well as several examples of significant specimens. The audio commentary is complemented by written comments that provide more details. This video was put online as part of the 2nd year Paleontology practical work of the STU License at the University of Guelma in Algeria (Teacher: Ms. Ruault-Djerrab). To learn how to tell the difference between bivalve and brachiopod fossils, see my video:    • Bivalves vs Brachiopodes : comment faire l...   For more details on sedimentary geology, consult the site: http://djerrab-geologie-guelma.e-mons...
