Inside the Haunter D90 Build (+ Garage Update)

This build completely surprised me. What started as a mid-pack crawler turned into one of the strongest performers in the fleet after a few key changes—and in this video I break down exactly what made the difference. I also give a quick garage/shop update and show some of the improvements in progress as I get ready for the Universal Rocks setup. Build highlights: • Wheel + tire combo that transformed performance • Weight distribution (60/40 @ 537g) • Mofo DDP wheels + SMP motor + Rockwolf ESC • LGRP brass upfront + Tremor servo • Injora 40mm big bore shocks • D90 (Steve links) Sometimes the smallest changes completely wake up a build—and this one became way more capable than expected. 🔗 LINKS Drive Shaft Extender: https://amzn.to/4dWnrGX Tire inserts: https://amzn.to/4cVGm3T Shock Fluid: https://amzn.to/3PXUxNn Carpet Tape: https://amzn.to/4t9aPk5 Shocks: https://amzn.to/3OmOYY1 Alternative Dead90 Style Links: https://amzn.to/47BYo8o Western Desert Cactus Tapestry: https://amzn.to/49TMZlz Wood Plant Caddy With Wheels: https://amzn.to/4xr50lm LGRP Tires: https://amzn.to/4aJrFiP Drop a comment if you have questions about the build 👇 👍 Like, share, and subscribe for more RC crawler builds and trail runs! #DesertBoyRC #SCX24 #MicroCrawler #RCCrawling #IndoorCrawlerCourse #RCBuild #DIY #CrawlAndChat
