The Union Cabinet has approved Amdavad Metro Phase 2A, a 6 km corridor from Koteshwar Road to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport. Key Highlights: Total metro network in Amdavad will increase to 78 km Phase 2A: 4 elevated stations and 1 underground station. Multimodal integration: metro, railways, bullet train, bus terminal.
