The right brachial chain, or right BC pattern, is identified by the Postural Restoration Institute as a state of muscular over-activity that tends to hold our torso in a left rotated position. This Right BC chain of muscles generally needs to be inhibited so that we can establish left AF/IR and a left ZOA. ********** Hey there, my name is Neal Hallinan.
