During my trip to Speyside, it was time to visit a distillery I hold dear: GlenAllachie. Those who follow the channel already know that I really enjoy several of the distillery's labels, so seeing the place where they're produced was practically mandatory. The visit itself is relatively simple and short compared to other experiences I've had in Scotland. But that doesn't diminish the interest in seeing the structure, understanding a bit more about the distillery's philosophy, and seeing firsthand a place responsible for some whiskies I greatly appreciate.
