Golpe imobiliário: vendedora paga R$ 75 mil a falso corretor e assina documento fraudado em SP

A saleswoman from São Paulo saw her dream of owning a home turn into a nightmare. Marlene transferred R$ 75,000 to a supposed real estate agent to purchase an apartment valued at R$ 225,000 in the Santo Amaro region, in the southern part of the city. She also planned to transfer a small farm to complete the purchase price. Marlene received the keys to the property, but was never able to move in. She discovered that the documents were fake and lacked a valid registration number. Ricardo Príncipe Machado, the seller, presented himself as a lawyer and real estate agent. Despite initial suspicions, Marlene proceeded with the negotiation without consulting specialists. At the notary's office, Marlene realized the fraud: the certificate was fake and signed by a deceased employee. She filed a police report against Ricardo, who has a criminal record for fraud and theft. ➡️ Follow more news on our official website: https://recordtv.r7.com/balanco-geral Our Whatsapp: https://balancogeraltarde.r7.com/what... and https://balancogeralmanha.r7.com/what...
