Today I’m making a very simple cocoa puff pastry recipe. I wanted a quick dessert recipe that didn't require making dough from scratch. Using store-bought puff pastry makes this take almost no effort. You basically just toss the cocoa with sugar on puff pastry and bake it. It comes out crispy outside and soft inside. It's an awesome recipe for busy weeknights or when you just want a great home-cooked dessert without a ton of prep work.
