There are trips that aren't just about the destination. They're made by the road, by the silence, by the landscapes, and by the feeling of freedom that only those who travel by scooter understand. In this video, I left home heading towards Vila Real de Santo António, in the far southeast of Portugal, on a trip I like best: always through the interior of Alentejo and always avoiding the highway. Kilometer after kilometer, I crossed quieter roads, Alentejo lands, endless plains, and that Portugal that knows so well how to discover slowly. The trip took place in March, but the weather already invited more than just the road… it included the first swim of the year in the sea, in Monte Gordo. One of those simple things that end up making a day of travel even more special.
