RECIPES PLEASE CHECK THE DESCRIPTION!!! ===================================== COOKING UTENSILS 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ==================================== VICENZA TURBO POWER JUICER 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ===================================== PLATFORD INGREDIENTS 👇👇 https://www.tokovicenza.com/product?s... ======================================= WEDANG RONDE RATU Recipe by Rudy Choirudin Ingredient 1: Peanut filling 75 g roasted peanuts 3 tbsp granulated sugar 1/8 tsp salt 1 1/2 tbsp rose water Ingredient 2: 400 g glutinous rice flour 50 g tapioca flour 1 tsp sugar Coloring (red, green, yellow, blue) Ingredient 3: 2000 ml water 3 pandan leaves, torn and tied 50 g red ginger, roasted and bruised 50 g regular ginger, bruised 150 g sugar ½ tsp salt Method: 1. Chop peanuts 1. Add enough salt Smooth, add sugar, chopper, remove from heat, add rose water, stir until slightly thick. 2. Boil ingredient 2: water and pandan leaves until fragrant. Take 350ml of water. Add ginger and salt. Boil over low heat until the aroma and flavor of the ginger come out for 10-15 minutes. Then add sugar. Remove the ginger and pandan leaves, set aside. 3. Place the glutinous rice flour in a bowl. Add pandan water, sugar, and salt. Once warm to 60°C, pour it into the glutinous rice flour, then knead until soft. Divide the dough into 5 portions. Color each portion green, red, yellow, and blue. Leave the dough white. 4. Take ¾ of each color and make balls the size of a langsat fruit. Flatten them with rose nuts, roll them back into balls, and roll them in dry glutinous rice flour. The remaining ¼ of the dough is made into small balls the size of a cerme fruit. Do all 5 colors (5 colors). 5. Heat the water to a boil, reduce the heat, add the filled ronde dough, and round them until they float (keep the heat low). Remove and transfer to a jar. Add boiled water. 6. Take one of each color, one with filling, and two without. 7. Add boiling ginger water. 8. Serve immediately. #recipe #wedangronde #rudychoirudin
