After dropping off our bags, we wasted no time diving into the city's incredible street food scene, where we enjoyed one of Hanoi's most famous bowls of pho. As the evening unfolded, we explored the vibrant streets of the Old Quarter, browsing local markets and learning one of the biggest lessons every traveler should know: Never accept the first price from a vendor.
