We had fun with this one! Here we have the Evil Eye Double IPA home brew extract kit from Bulldog. We've done a few of these types of ready made kits before but this time we opted to exchange the Simcoe hops from the kit with Columbus. We chose thess hops because of its bitter qualities and it's a good substitute for Simcoe. It came out a lovely 6.2% ABV. Because of the Columbus hop change, we dubbed this one "Evil Lazy Eye PA"!
