🔧⚙️ Suzuki Samurai Project – Chapter 22 We're continuing our work on the Samurai… and this time we tackled an area that had accumulated dirt, oil, and rust for far too many years. What seemed like a relatively simple disassembly ended up becoming another chapter full of problems, seized screws, and parts to replace 😅 🔧 In this episode: We removed the exhaust heat shield. We dealt with rusty screws and parts. We removed the first section of the exhaust. We disassembled the manifold. We cleaned years of accumulated oil from the outside of the engine. We replaced a broken engine mount. And finally, we disassembled the transfer case. After cleaning the block… the difference is spectacular. It literally looked like a different engine. ⚠️ The transfer case is removed After the problems detected in previous chapters: 👉 play in the components 👉 poor oil quality 👉 4x4 indicator system malfunctions We finally removed the transfer case to open it and check what was really happening inside.
