This 94yo VETERANS YARD was LITERALLY THE WORST WE'VE EVER SEEN!

At 94 years old, this homeowner has lived a life most of us can only imagine. He served our country as an artillery gunman during the Korean War, later built a career as an air traffic controller, and has called this house home since 1959. Over the years, he's endured more loss than most—his wife passed away from breast cancer 14 years ago, and he's outlived many of his army buddies, classmates, friends, and relatives. Jess and I discovered this property while walking through the neighborhood and knew we wanted to help. What started as another overgrown lawn cleanup quickly turned into one of the biggest projects we've ever taken on. Partway through the job, his daughter and son-in-law stopped by. At first, his son-in-law came marching up to us asking, "Who are you guys?" After learning what we were doing, he couldn't have been more grateful that strangers would take the time to help his father-in-law completely free of charge. This cleanup was so overwhelming that I knew I had to call my best friend Kevin from Lawn Care Juggernaut and The Boring Channel for backup. Kevin of course jumped right in and was a huge help tackling the front yard transformation.
