The doctor says that she often worked night shifts. During these visits, she would often come and go to his private room, citing the need to make tea or perform other hospital errands. The doctor alleges that during these visits, the woman took some of his private photos on her mobile phone. At the time, he had no idea that these photos would later become the basis for alleged blackmailing. The doctor alleges that after taking the private photos, the female nurse's behavior changed. She allegedly began demanding money from him, threatening to make the photos viral on social media, implicate him in a false rape case, and kill him. The doctor says that he remained silent to protect his social standing and the hospital's reputation. He did not discuss the matter with anyone and continued to pay. In his complaint, the doctor claims that he has paid the accused nurse approximately 2 crore rupees over the past several years. Of this, approximately ₹3.5 million was transferred online from the hospital's bank account. The remaining amount is alleged to have been paid in cash or other means at various times. The doctor also says that the woman had him sign blank checks and stamp papers, which she is keeping. The doctor's complaint contains the most shocking allegation in this case. He claims that the female nurse gave him a separate mobile phone and SIM card and forced him to keep it on at all times. If the phone was switched off or calls were not received, she would constantly call him. According to the doctor, she also obtained the passwords to the CCTV cameras installed in the hospital. Using the cameras and mobile phone, she monitored his activities. In his complaint, the doctor describes this as a situation akin to digital arrest. The doctor claims that he once traveled to Ahmedabad for some work. During that time, the female nurse called him approximately 1,000 times. When he did not answer the calls, she allegedly showed his private photos to some hospital staff. According to the doctor, after this, he realized that the situation was out of his control. In the complaint, the doctor also alleges that on the night of April 3-4, 2025, the woman arrived at his home and insisted on coming inside. The doctor says the entire incident was recorded on CCTV cameras installed outside his home. Police are now investigating this CCTV footage. The doctor says that the female nurse was paid a monthly salary of approximately 12,000 rupees at the hospital. Despite this, she allegedly continued demanding lakhs of rupees every month under various pretexts. The doctor claims that he continued to pay due to fear and the fear of being defamed.
