Now, the warning that almost no one gives: not everyone should "drink the teacup" without discretion. There is a case report of fulminant hepatitis associated with daily use of bay leaf tea for a month, with unfavorable evolution. An isolated case is not a statistic, but it is a sign of risk when there is excess, individual susceptibility, or interactions that we are unaware of. Dose matters. Time matters. Context matters. How to incorporate it safely and purposefully? Focus on moderation and correct preparation.
