After about 9 months of frequent usage, my SVBony SV225 Alt-Az mount suddenly had a problem. The Azimuth axis developed backlash and then completely disengaged. It would rotate freely with no control. So I took the mount apart, studied its construction, and reset the Azimuth drive to factory new performance. It was easy.
