Preheat your Beefer for a few minutes. 2. Pre-heat a grate on the lower level of the beefer. 3. Place ribeye steak on the grate and set into the lower level of the Beefer for 3-4 minutes (or until you see a crust to your satisfaction). 4. After you are satisfied with the crust, remove the grate and flip the steak and place back into the Beefer. 5. After about 3-4 more minutes on the lower lever, check your temperature. 6. If you desire more crust, raise the grate to be closer to the top. 7. Once you are about 3-5 degrees from your desired doneness, remove and let sit in a pan for about 5 minutes. 8. Brush your steak butter (good butter and Texas Chrome BBQ Rub) over the steak. 9. Slice and Enjoy!
