This 15 minute under booty lift workout will give you a perky booty and grow your glutes. I created this booty lift workout to grow your butt and not your legs since we focus only on booty exercises down on the mat. I highly recommend doing this workout at home with ankle weights for an extra burn and to make your bum grow faster. If you don’t have ankle weights you can also do it without them, no problem at all. I suggest you to combine this workout at home with my other booty workouts.
