水切りヨーグルトチョコケーキ | Strained Yogurt Chocolate Cake

Line the cake pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Strained yogurt: Line a strainer or colander with a coffee filter or heavy-duty paper towel and spoon plain yogurt into the colander.Set the colander over a bowl. Sprinkle salt on.(a pinch of salt)(osmotic pressure) The whey will start to drip from the yogurt down into the bowl. Refrigerate and allow the liquid to drain off for 1～2 hours. ①Put dark chocolate in a bowl,then double boil and melt. ②When the chocolate is melted, add strained yogurt, and beaten egg in order, then mix well. ③Shift and add cake flour, ,then mix well. ④Pour into the round Cake Pan. ⑤Bake at 160℃（320°F）for 20min. ⑥Cool completely on wire rack. *Stick into the brownie with a banboo skewer. It's done if nothing sticks to the skewer, but be careful not to bake too much. *When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or wrap it. *The texture is thick and delicious, but it is even better on the next day or later. 【材料】 12cm丸型 ビターチョコレート(ダースビター)　100g 砂糖が入りませんので甘い方がお好みの方はミルクチョコを使ってください。 水切りヨーグルト 100g (200gのプレーンヨーグルトを水切りして100gにする) 卵(L)室温 2個 薄力粉　10g 【作り方】 準備: 卵はよく溶いておく。 型にはクッキングシートを敷いておく。 オーブンは160℃に温めておく。 水切りヨーグルト: キッチンペーパーを敷いたザルにヨーグルトをスプーンですくって乗せ、上からひとつまみほどの塩をかけて、ボウルに乗せる。冷蔵庫で約1～2時間水切りをする。 (200gのヨーグルトが100gになります) 水切りしすぎたらボウルに出たホエーを足して100gにします。 ①ボウルにチョコレートを入れ、湯煎にかけて溶かす。 ②チョコレートが溶けたら、水切りヨーグルトと溶き卵を順に加えてよく混ぜる。 ③薄力粉をふるって加え、よく混ぜる。 ④型に流し入れる。 ⑤160℃に温めたオーブンで20分焼く。 ⑥ワイヤーラックの上で冷ます。 粗熱が取れたら、ビニール袋に入れるか、ラップをして乾燥しないようにする。 *焼き上がりのサインは竹串を刺してみて何もつかなければokですが、焼きすぎは生地がパサついて美味しくなくなるので、焼きすぎ注意です。 *翌日の方がより美味しく食べることが出来ます。
