This was an epic fail and possibly dangerous. So we knew that we needed new parameters if we wanted to have better success. At Chef's Steps https://www.chefsteps.com/forum/posts... we read a post by a fellow who claimed to have success. We though we would put his method to the test. His Parameters were simple. 1. Peel Garlic 2. vacuum seal at 80% 3. place in a water bath at 167 for 48 hours 4. place in a dehydrator at 156 for 24 hours 5. Place back in water bath (resealed) for 12 days at 167 We followed all these steps and the results were interesting. Check out the video to see what happened and hear my thoughts on the process.
