IAP SIE | What are We Solving Again? Risk, Opportunity, and Production

The intersection of technology as solution and challenge has been at the core of video game development since it's dawn. Game Technology has been an early adopter of technology which has led to great opportunity and feature enhancement but at a risk to ongoing development. AI is only the newest techonology which is enhancing and threatening development - but far from the first or the last. From the perspective of making content for games in production environment, we will survey the collaborative and conflicting demands inside of game creation to examine what solutions we are seeking and what problem we are trying to solve.
