10 MIN AT HOME WEIGHTED BODY BAR WORKOUT | NO REPEAT AB WORKOUT FOR EVERYONE

It's AB DAY and Today we going to get a great ab/core workout by adding in the weighted bar to our ab exercises to really kick it up a notch and make sure we are all feeling the burn. Each exercise is 40 seconds with 15-20 second breaks. It will move fast but make sure to move slowly and with intent engaging your core at all times. Their are no repeats so make sure to give it all you got. If you find this is not challenging enough, go for 2 rounds to make it a really intense workout. Make sure to hydrate and stretch when you are finished. If you need to take a break, press pause, shake it out and join me when you're ready!! You will get stronger over time and it will feel GREAT.
