Sometimes the best kind of day is a reset day—getting the house and mind back into a rhythm again. 🤍 Today I’m sharing a realistic day in the life filled with simple homemaking and catching up on all the little things. I start the morning by putting beans in the crockpot since we’re completely out of meat and waiting on our grocery delivery. While we wait, I work through a comforting home reset—sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, starting laundry, and finally hanging up a curtain we bought a while back. I also share a cozy thrift haul with little treasures for a fairy garden project that my mom is helping Jackson and me build tomorrow! We do a quick DIY repair on one of the pieces, return finished puzzles to the community puzzle box, pick out a few new ones to bring home, and make one final thrift stop for fairy garden supplies. We wrap up the day back at home with our grocery restock and settle back into our routines.
