These days the session starts with stretching… and not the half-assed kind either. Hamstrings, ankles, lower back—gotta convince your body this is still a good idea. Falling? Yeah, that’s a whole different story now. Used to pop right back up like nothing happened. Now it’s more like… lay there, stare at the sky, take inventory, maybe negotiate with your life choices for a second. And you already know—ice packs later, heat packs the next day. That “just one more try” hits different when you’ve got work in the morning. But honestly… none of that really matters. Because at this point it’s not about clips, sponsors, or proving anything. It’s just about getting out, pushing around, landing what you can, laughing off what you can’t, and enjoying every minute you’re still rolling. Same love, just a little more maintenance.
