A new whiskey company is making a lot of noise—and for good reason. In this video, we take a deep dive into Silverthorn Reserve, a new whiskey brand founded by Drew Thorn, the former CEO of Sagamore Spirit. After helping build Sagamore into a nationally recognized whiskey brand, he set out to create something much smaller, more hands-on, and focused on ultra-limited "nano-blends" of just 2–10 barrels. We work our way through much of the lineup, discuss the concept behind the brand, and share our honest thoughts on whether these whiskies live up to the growing buzz.
