Today's Workout: EMOM 20 (Every Minute on the Minute) Odd Minutes – Dead Hang Hang from a pull-up bar or sturdy surface. Accumulate as much quality hang time as you can during the minute. Even Minutes – Stand Tall Stand as tall as possible. Reach the crown of your head toward the ceiling. Lift your chest. Pull your shoulders gently back and down. Squeeze your glutes. Brace your core.
