This week, Norbert visits the king of oysters in the Arcachon Basin! I went to meet Joel Dupuch, the famous oyster farmer (who starred in the film "Little White Lies"). He taught me everything about oysters, from their production to the finished dish! I learned the techniques for opening them perfectly. We even got to cook some after visiting the most iconic spots in Cap-Ferret and the surrounding area. A truly magical moment. A real treat to discover in this video.
