No regular bread needed! Make soft avocado oat flatbreads with tuna, cucumber, and fresh lettuce — a simple, filling, and healthy meal. These flatbreads are made with egg, oat flour, avocado, and grated cheese, then cooked in a lightly oiled pan and topped with sesame seeds. The result is soft, flavorful, and nutritious. For the filling, use tuna with lemon juice and black pepper, fresh cucumber slices, and lettuce. Layer everything between two avocado oat flatbreads for an easy breakfast, lunch, or light dinner. Ingredients: For the avocado oat flatbreads: 1 egg Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Oats 2 tablespoons oat flour 1 avocado Grated cheese Oil for the pan Sesame seeds For the filling: Tuna Black pepper Lemon juice Cucumber Lettuce leaves Cooking method: 1. Crack 1 egg into a deep bowl. 2. Add salt and black pepper, then lightly whisk. 3. Grind the oats in a blender to make oat flour. 4. Add 2 tablespoons of oat flour to the egg and mix well. 5. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, slice the flesh into cubes, and scoop it into a bowl. 6. Mash the avocado with a fork, then add it to the egg mixture. 7. Mix everything with a whisk until smooth. 8. Grate the cheese, add it to the mixture, and stir again. 9. Heat a pan, spray or brush it with a little oil. 10. Spoon the mixture onto the pan and shape small flatbreads. 11. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. 12. Fry about 4–5 flatbreads until golden on both sides. 13. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds. 14. Drain the tuna, then mix it with black pepper and lemon juice. 15. Place one flatbread on a plate. 16. Add cucumber slices on top, then place a lettuce leaf over them. 17. Add the tuna filling. 18. Cover with another flatbread and serve.
