After our meal, Ah Dai and I were full of praise. "9969 Western-style Restaurant" truly is a hidden gem in Tainan. The owner works alone, yet he manages to serve dishes of French culinary quality. From the rich black curry made with red wine and beef broth, to the tender and juicy medium-rare pork tenderloin, to the amazing truffle fries, every dish was unforgettable!
