This video shows trains arriving and departing one after another at Himeji Station on the JR Kobe Line (Sanyo Main Line), Bantan Line, and Kishin Line during the weekday evening rush hour (from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.). The video shows the JR Kobe Line (Sanyo Main Line) Special Rapid Service, local trains (rapid service from Nishi-Akashi eastward), limited express trains "Kanikani Hamakaze," "Hamakaze," and "Super Hakuto," local trains on the Bantan Line and Kishin Line, local trains on the Sanyo Line bound for Okayama, and the "Mahoroba" Annei train being sent to Hiroshima. The limited express "Mahoroba" Annei train, which will begin running between Osaka and Nara in April 2025, was being sent to Hiroshima for an exhibition to be held in Hiroshima and Okayama. The video shows the train departing from platform 7. The coupling work of adding a sixth car to the back of a local train bound for Maibara was also seen. The A-seat of the special rapid service is also shown. The Bantan Line is shown with the 103 series, the Kiha 189 series of the Hamakaze and Kanikani Hamakaze, and the Kiha 127 series of the Kishin Line.
