Tribal Food… But Fine Dine? | From Bazaar to Plate | Ishirrupts

I just wanted to eat tribal food. But this turned out to be something else. Started from a haat bazaar, seeing things I’ve never really paid attention to before. Ranu, mahua, local sabziyaan, handia… the whole vibe felt raw and real. Then came a twist. At The Open Field Farm the same tribal roots were presented in a fine dine setup. Talked to the people behind it, understood what they’re trying to build here. From bazaar to plate, the whole experience just felt different. Met some amazing people and experienced something I never thought I could do in Ranchi. In the end, actually sitting and eating after seeing where everything comes from… hit different.
