Delicious Flan Cake / Custard Cake

Creamy, soft, and delicious Flan Cake that melts in your mouth. Ingredients: Pan size: 8-inch Caramel Syrup: 3/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup water Custard: 8 egg yolks 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk (410ml) 1 can condensed milk (380g) 1 tsp vanilla extract Cake Batter: 4 egg yolks (large egg) 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup cake flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Meringue: 4 egg whites (large egg) 1/4 cup sugar Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 1 hour and 20 minutes or the toothpick comes out clean. Note: *Halfway through baking, cover with aluminum foil on the top of the cake to prevent from burning. *Make sure the cake is completely cooled before removing it from the mold. *Refrigerate the cake before serving.
