Soak chicken wings in vinegar and lemon juice. 2. Pat dry chicken wings after allowing them to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. 3. Season chicken wings generously with your seasonings of choice or mine 4. Put chicken wings into a bag with cornmeal and flour. 5. Coat the wings and shake off the excess flour mixture. 6. Heat grease to 450° or something I don’t know make sure the degree is hot enough to put chicken wings into the grease. 7. Make sure they’re fully submerged and fry until golden brown. 8. Put into a container coated with a paper towel making sure to dry off extra grease. 9. Add butter to a skillet and allow it to melt. 10. Add your hot sauce of choice and a generous amount of honey. 11. Allow to cook together and stir to avoid it sticking to the pan. 12. After 10 minutes, turn the stove to low heat and allow it to simmer. 13. Pour your chicken wings into a bowl with your hot honey mixture and toss. 14. Enjoy the meal!
