Chinnanchiru Kiliye

This beautiful composition is a timeless Tamizh classic composed by none other than Sri. Subrahmanya Bharathi. Starting in the raga Kapi, this masterpiece travels through various contrasting ragas, expressing a wide range of colours and emotions. I'm delighted to be joined by Sri. Senthuran Premakumar on Mridangam, and Sri Karan Kugendran on Ghatam. We performed this beautiful composition as part of Pranava UK's monthly concert, and we thank Sarmpavi and Marthungi Uthayakumar, Shashank Puranik and the rest of the Pranava team for inviting us to play.
