40 MINUTE POWER CORE FLOW | Hannah Barrett Yoga
This 40 minute intermediate yoga flow class will fire up your core and strengthen and tone your whole body. This flow is filled with some of my favourite yoga transitions, drills and challenging movements to isolate and engage the muscles in your core. Please keep checking in throughout the flow - if your form is feeling compromised please lessen the intensity and never work through pain.
