They're typical of the Spanish regions of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands and are known as PANELLETS. If you want to make less, just divide the quantities by two. -500g of raw almond powder (if possible, use Marcona almonds) -425g of regular white granulated sugar -3 eggs -Zest of 1/2 lemon, or to taste 🔸🔸🔸🔸 INGREDIENTS FOR DECORATION🔸🔸🔸🔸 -Hazelnut croutons -Granulated or powdered instant coffee -Pine nuts.
