If you're not comfortable running....you can power walk the whole way through!! For those of you with treadmills or walking pads without incline.....we'll remain at Incline 1.0%! If your walking pad or treadmill has incline....feel free to add more incline during the workout.... Remember this is your workout....change things up as you need to! You can run through the video, add incline, arm weights, a weight vest, etc. Be safe, have fun and let's move !!
