Meet 91 year old Erich, last surviving resident of Huyton's WW2 PoW camp
As an exhibition in Huyton Library looks at Huyton's often forgotten history during World War 2, we spoke to Erich Kirste about his memories. Erich is the last surviving resident of the Prisoner of War Camp that stood on the site of KGV Playing Fields today.
