This Saturday, my friend Bangulkan and I headed to the gym in Malleshwaram. Every week, we visit the Malleshwaram gym once, and that day, we were both focused on a shoulder workout. As we started, just before the workout, we witnessed someone suffer a heart attack and collapse. Seeing that made me reflect deeply on life. But we decided we shouldn’t stop enjoying it—after all, we have just one life, and we should live it to the fullest. So, Bangulkan and I went inside and began our warm-up. Before that, I realized we didn’t know the proper shoulder warm-up, so I guided him step by step. We had a lot of fun, goofing around, and by the time we started, we did six variations of shoulder exercises. Each variation, we kept motivating each other—it was next-level comedy!
